1. Rider Eligibility
- You must complete onboarding and identity verification steps.
- You must maintain a valid method of transportation and required permits.
- You must keep payout details accurate and current.
2. Service Standards
- Handle food and sealed packages safely and as instructed.
- Follow pickup, dropoff, and communication requirements.
- Comply with local traffic, safety, and campus access rules.
3. Pay, Tips, and Deductions
Delivery earnings and tips are shown in the rider app and payout statements. NomNom may offset overpayments, fraud losses, chargebacks, or policy penalties where permitted by law and your rider agreement.
4. Independent Relationship
Rider classification and related rights depend on the operative rider agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this page changes statutory rights that cannot be waived.
5. Insurance and Safety
Riders are responsible for maintaining any legally required coverage, equipment, and safe-driving behavior.
6. Deactivation and Appeals
NomNom may limit or deactivate rider access for repeated lateness, unsafe behavior, fraud, abuse, or legal risk. Riders may contact support to request review.
